These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and XourceBase. We may update them periodically; continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• •Use the Service for commercial resale purposes without our prior consent.
• •Share account credentials — enrollment grants personal, non-transferable access only.

All content on the Service — including courses, materials, branding, and logos — is owned by XourceBase or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and applicable laws.

You may not modify, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

XourceBase provides the Service "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms, with or without notice.

You may terminate by ceasing use or submitting an account deletion request.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
